Strong communication skills – You’re confident in English and know how to keep things clear and professional.
Detail-oriented & organized – You follow instructions well and spot things others might miss.
Proactive mindset – You take ownership, solve problems, and don’t wait around for direction.
Familiar with common VA tools – You’ve used platforms like Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, or similar.
Time zone flexibility – You're available to overlap with Australian or U.S. business hours when needed.
